Free White-Glove Delivery on Every Order

Every order from Revision Home Living includes free white-glove delivery and assembly in the contiguous United States. No hidden freight charges, no curbside-only drops, no assembly fees. Your furniture is delivered, placed, and ready to use.

How It Works

  1. Order Confirmation — You'll receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. Freight Scheduling — Our delivery partner will contact you within 3–5 business days to schedule a delivery window that works for you.
  3. White-Glove Delivery — Our team delivers to your outdoor space, assembles the set, and removes all packaging materials.
  4. Inspection — You'll have the opportunity to inspect every piece before the delivery team leaves. Any damage noted at delivery will be resolved at no cost to you.

Lead times are noted on each individual product page. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and freight contact information by email.

Delivery Area

We ship to all addresses in the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international addresses.

What to Expect on Delivery Day

  • Clear a path to your outdoor space before the delivery team arrives
  • Communicate any access restrictions — gate codes, narrow passages, or stairs — when scheduling your delivery window
  • Have someone 18 or older present to sign for delivery
  • Inspect all pieces carefully before signing — note any damage on the delivery receipt

Freight Carriers

Oversized outdoor furniture ships via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight carriers. This is standard for premium furniture and is what allows white-glove service at your door. Unlike parcel shipping, LTL freight is scheduled in advance — you will always know when your delivery is coming.

Damaged or Missing Items

Damage during transit is rare. If any piece arrives damaged:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt before the team leaves — this is required for claims
  • Photograph the damage and email to robert@revision910.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange a replacement component or full piece at no charge

Claims cannot be processed for damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery without notation on the original delivery receipt.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, orders that have entered the fulfillment process may be subject to a restocking fee. Contact us immediately at robert@revision910.com if you need to make a change.
